You must be at least 13 years old to use Altura, or older where required by local law. If you disagree with these Terms, uninstall the Application.

Altura is a private daily check-in log for people adapting to high altitude during treks, plateau travel, ski trips, or mountain assignments. The Service includes:

• Structured trip windows with acclimatization countdown tracking
• Daily symptom and wellness check-ins with optional photos and voice notes
• Altitude Outlook — an on-device forecast that projects day-by-day readiness (Hold, Steady, or Push OK) from your recent entries
• Timeline browsing and trip filtering
• Outlook Card export to your photo library

The core daily log is free. Altitude Outlook includes a complimentary two-day preview (tomorrow and the day after). Additional forecast days and Outlook Card export may require Coins.

All data remains on your device. Altura is not a medical device and does not replace professional health advice.

Optional Coin packs are sold through your device's native store. Coins may be used to:

• Unlock the full Altitude Outlook forecast window for a trip
• Export a shareable Outlook Card image to your photo library

Coins are consumable, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled according to the store's policies. Pricing may change for future purchases.

You agree not to:

• Misuse Altura to store explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Represent forecast output as professional medical guidance
• Attempt to tamper with purchase or permission controls

We may limit access for serious violations.

Altitude Outlook uses transparent, rule-based logic applied to your self-reported symptoms. It is a personal planning aid only. Always follow qualified medical advice and local safety guidance when traveling at altitude.

You control all trip and check-in content stored locally. We do not provide cloud backup or account recovery. You are responsible for device security and any data lost through uninstallation or hardware failure.

Altura's software, visual design, and built-in copy remain our property. You receive a limited license to use the Application for personal purposes. You retain ownership of content you create.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of your in-app purchase total over the prior twelve months or USD $10.

You may stop using Altura by uninstalling it. We may discontinue features or access where required. Surviving clauses include disclaimers, liability limits, and intellectual property terms.

We may update these Terms by changing the effective date and providing in-app notice where practical. Continued use means acceptance.
